We have a broad background in the marine industry and understand how our clients operate. We help the company write their Manuals. We design checklists, flow charts, forms and organization charts. In the case of the ISM Code, we produce a simple Safety Management System Manual for use in the fleet, that covers all the requirements of the Code in one user friendly less than 150 page manual.

Each manual is drafted and revised until it represents how the client will operate. On completion, a master copy of each manual is provided ready for copying and distribution. In addition, all manuals are provided on diskettes for use on the individual company's computer system. We have also provided systems designed to be accessed on the company's LAN or web site. A computer based system greatly simplifies document control processes.

Training is a key element in any project. We provide introductory and implementation training tailored to the client's business and own system. In the case of ISM Code, we offer onboard implementation training and internal auditing.

For clients wishing to have ongoing support, we offer maintenance agreements covering all management representative/Designated Person duties including internal auditing, revising manuals and assistance with handling of non-conformances, and representing the company during certification audits.
