| Companies who have implemented ISO
9000 are
required to audit their system at least once per year. For many companies, this can
become a large task that no one has the time to complete. |

internal auditing requirements. We will prepare your audit schedule, conduct the
audits, and prepare audit and non-conformance reports using your forms and procedures.
We will also monitor the status of non-conformance reports and provide you with
status reports needed for Management Review Meetings. |

above, we are also available to conduct internal audits at your headquarters or any site
worldwide. |
ISM CODE INTERNAL AUDITS |
| Once your vessels are ISM Code certified, they
should be audited annually. This is a considerable workload that typically
must be handled by your Superintendents and Port Engineers. The auditor must be
independent of the vessel being audited. This means that the Superintendent or Port
Engineer responsible for the vessel can not conduct the audit. |

vessels at a convenient port, conduct the audit, prepare and leave an audit report along
with non-conformance reports with the Master and dispatch the original to your
headquarters. |

AUDITS |
| Do you have one or more major suppliers who provide
products or services critical to your operation? Have you ever conducted an audit of
the supplier's organization to determine their ability to provide products or services
that consistently meet all your requirements? Supplier audits can be conducted
whether or not the supplier has a Quality Management System and is ISO
9000 Certified. |

consent to be audited. We will prepare an audit plan and checklist in advance.
